用强调句型强调时间状语，得到：It was last year that you bought the computer.
目前对这个强调句型中的last year提问，得到：
When was it that you bought the computer?
然后让这个问句作I have already forgotten的宾语从句。特殊疑问句用作名词性从句，你仅需去掉问号，把倒装语序改为正常语序即可：
I have already forgotten when it was that you bought the computer. 这就是你的句子。其中when it was that you bought the computer为名词性疑问分句作宾语。
